COREENA is located 50kms North of BARCALDINE, Qld.

The town of Barcaldine is within easy driving distance and offers many opportunities for community involvement.  Barcaldine offers an IGA, a fuel station, many pubs, lots of accommodation options, a restaurant, the tree of knowledge and a bakery to name a few.  Coreena is accessed via 16km of bitumen and the remainder via dirt road. 

 

 

WOOLTHORPE is located 70km North of ARAMAC, Qld.

The towns of Aramac and Muttaburra are great social communities with lots of opportunity to get involved. Throughout the year these two small communities have some wonderful events.  Including Muttaburra Sheep show, Aramac Races, Muttaburra races, Claypan Boggie, Harry Redford cattle drive just to name a few.  

Approx 90kms from Woolthorpe is Lake Dunn where there are always lots of water sports and recreation facilities.

BAYRICK is 70km south of TAMBO, Qld

Bayrick is perfectly located between the towns of Tambo and Augathella on a loop road between the two towns.

Both towns offer great social communities with lots of opportunity to get involved.  Throughout the year these two small communities have some wonderful events.  Including, but not limited to, Tambo Stock Show, Races, Tour de Tambo bike ride, Tambo Teddy Bear picnic, campdrafts and rodeos.  Many other social activities occur in the area for fun outings.

The major centre of Charleville is also 120km via a dirt road from Bayrick.  Charleville offers many shops and additional social opportunities.
